Clocking users have at least one non-deleted record with a clock-in and a later clock-out in the chosen month, using Workshift’s attendance date. Includes manual entries and records awaiting approval, including employees archived since they worked.

Active employees are employee accounts not archived now, across all roles. Planner headcount uses current active memberships in non-archived planners. It is not historical month-end headcount.

Each employee is counted once per organization and once per planner. Someone in multiple planners appears in each; planner counts should not be added together. Attendance without a matching planner is shown separately. Hidden organizations are excluded from overview totals; hiding does not alter their Workshift account.
